Wrestling Recipes Week 2 - Thuggin' & Buggin' Mac & Cheese

For this installment of wrestling recipes, current ECW General Manager Theodore "Teddy" Long teamed up with WWE Magazine for the Nov. 2007 issue to offer his spin on an American classic dish, macaroni and cheese, by teaming two classic ingredients together to create a tasty dinner.

To make this tasty dish, you will need the following:

INGREDIENTS:
*Box of Elbow Pasta
*8 oz. container of Sour Cream
*1 stick of real butter
*1/2 Cup Shredded Colby Cheese
*1/2 Cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
*1/2 Can Evaporated milk
*4 eggs
*Salt and Pepper to taste
*4 pieces of cooked turkey bacon

DIRECTIONS
1) Boil Pasta
2) In bowl, mix eggs, sour cream, butter, cheese and milk.
3) After pasta is cooked, add mixture into a casserole dish.
4) Bake in casserole dish for about 30 minutes at 350-degrees
5) Top with turkey bacon

Don't have much interest in pro wrestling myself, but I have a big interest in mac n cheese. Won't have to wrestle with my conscience much before I make and devour this!
