Wrestling Recipes Week 4 - Champion Pork Chops

In the April 2007 issue of WWE Magazine, WWE Hall of Famer Captain Lou Albano proudly shared his recipe for Pork Chops that have an extra kick. Albano told WWE Magazine that he makes this dish all the time and originally, the dish started out as plain old BBQ pork chops but needed an extra kick, so he started adding hot sauce, which gave him just what he needed.
INGREDIENTS:
*3 Beaten Eggs
*3 Cups Bredcrumbs
*4 thing, boneless pork chops
*2 Cups BBQ Sauce
*1 tsp hot Sauce
DIRECTIONS:
1) Combine BBQ Sauce and hot sauce in a bowl
2) Dip Pork chops in eggs then fully coat with breadcrumbs
3) In a pan, cook breaded pork chops in BBQ/hot sauce mixture over a low flame.
4) Cook for about 20 minutes depending on thickness of chops.
